Even with the trickiest plans, we always felt sure that the transitions would be managed without a hitch: there was this one time when a major flight schedule change was shared with everyone affected with minimal hassle for the traveler. Highlights include the Genocide Memorial, Gorillas (it takes them about 4 years to get used to humans being nearby)... but you gotta be in decent shape and have some agility to reach them, Namiri Plains Cheetahs, Ngorongoro Crater... it's kinda interesting how you can get way closer to the more timid animals compared to out in the Serengeti!

Louise drew on her own experiences and expertise to assist us in crafting a vacation that met our desires perfectly. The accommodations at Shinde and Kanana were fantastic. The personnel were incredibly friendly, well-trained, and exceptionally skilled, going above and beyond to ensure our time there was both enjoyable and fulfilling. We've spent a lot of time in Africa and have been to numerous game reserves; this journey was outstanding and uniquely different from the rest. We wholeheartedly endorse Louise and her crew.

Our time in the Okavango was something else. We were at Little Sable and it felt like we had the place mostly to ourselves. The fancy tents had all the essentials, and I particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower. Our guide was top-notch and super knowledgeable. Overall, the entire experience was simply fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend Okavango Delta Expeditions.

This trip was nothing short of amazing from beginning to end. Our expectations were blown away. Before I discovered Okavango Delta Explorations, I was having a tough time finding the right adventure. The chance to connect with Anna and share a quick overview of what we wanted to do and see, then have it all organized in a clear way was fantastic. Besides the fantastic spots that fit our schedule and budget, it was the little touches like being greeted by tour reps at every turn, having a packed lunch ready for an early flight, and the seamless coordination among different travel providers that really took the stress out of the journey and made it all the more enjoyable.

Each of the three locations was unique and special in its own way. We enjoyed every single one and honestly couldn't pick a favorite - that’s how you know it was a stellar vacation. Plus, we made some last-minute tweaks, and they were all handled smoothly, which made our trip even better.

I’d wholeheartedly recommend Okavango Delta Explorations and will for sure be booking more trips with this awesome team in the future.

Just a heads up, you gotta pay in pula at the various gates, and the fees ranged from 150 to 1500 pula. No credit cards or dollars accepted, so keep that in mind. We enjoyed an amazing safari at PomPom camp in the Okavango, arranged by Anna and Louise from Okavango Delta Explorations. They helped us for nearly two years, having set up this adventure before the pandemic hit. Along with Botswana, they also coordinated our transfer to Zambia and our trip to Victoria Falls. This is truly one of the finest travel services I've come across so far. They pay close attention to even the tiniest needs of their clients. The lodges they selected were perfect for our family's requirements. The whole trip was meticulously planned, taking into account the personal preferences of every family member. I can't find the words to describe their level of service. They arranged for a wheelchair at every location and made sure to communicate all the spots for special dietary needs. Anna was incredible in helping us craft our ideal journey to Botswana and Victoria Falls. She showed great patience and was always helpful in customizing everything to fit our budget and somewhat tricky requirements.
